1. In-situ cell for transmission mode
In-situ has been used to study the effect of changing the temperature on spectrum of sample when the temperature in the system changed from 25 to 800oC (The Maximum temperature of in-situ = 800oC).
For temperature in system can be controlled by 2 ways
1. The temperature continuously increases step.
2. The temperature intermittently increases step.
In the process, user can be taken the gas-flow (such as O2, N2, He and Ar) into the in situ by using the flow rate is about 1-100 mL/min.

2 In-situ cell for fluorescence mode
In-situ has been used to study the effect of changing the temperature on structure of sample when the temperature in the system changed from 25 to 500oC (The maximum temperature of fluorescence mode = 500oC). The increment of temperature for fluorescence mode must be flowed the gas into the in situ because gas-flow help continuous and stable temperature.
