General information
- Participants are required to creat an account to register for the ACXAS 2019 conference.
- One author can creat only one account and submit only one abstract.
- Authors must prepare an abstract and a full paper by using ACXAS 2019 templates.
- Abstract can be submitted for oral or poster presentation.
- Please note that abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as poster presentation, depending on peer reviews.
- All authors must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline May 15, 2019.
- Only one full paper can be submitted from one accepted abstract.
Abstract submission guidelines
- Please download and use the abstract template of ACXAS 2019.
- Please name your abstract file as Abstract_Symposia_Lastname.doc.
- Abstract must be written in English.
- Abstract must not exceed 250 words and one page (A4).
- All accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper to be published in ACXAS 2019 web-conference proceedings.
Full paper submission guidelines
- Please download and use the full paper template of ACXAS 2019.
- Please name your full paper file as Fullpaper_Symposia_Lastname.doc.
- Full paper must be written in English as well and must not exceed six page (A4).
- Full Paper submission is open until.
- Accepted full papers will be published as ACXAS 2019 proceedings in electronic format.
Information for poster presentation
- Posters must be prepared and printed in A0 portrait layout, thus 84 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
- Posters should contain cover title, objectives, method, results, discussion, conclusion as well as acknowledgement.
- Our SLRI team will be available on site to provide you with necessary materials and also help you to place your poster.
- Please bring your abstract number and A0 poster on Thursday 29th August at 08:00 am.
- Poster session will be scheduled on Thursday 29th August between 03:30-5:00 pm.
Information for oral presentation
- Standard fonts (i.e. Arial, Times New Roman or Cordia New) are preferable for the Power Point presentation.
- Oral Presenters are required to be made by PDF, PowerPoint 2003 or higher.
- The presentation time is given as follows: keynote lecture: 40 minutes + 10 minutes for Q&A, invited lecture: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A and general oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A.
- All speakers are required to load and check the presentation files by e mail : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least 2 hours prior to the presentation session.
- A PC computer, an LCD projector and a laser pointer will be provided at the conference room.
- The projection system supports 4:3 screen format.
