  1. All registered delegates and full-time students will obtain conference materials, access to banquet, 2 lunch and 4 coffee breaks.
  2. All accompanying persons can attend to the ACXAS2019 conference, the corresponding fee includes conference banquet, 2 lunch and 4 coffee breaks.
  3. The ACXAS 2019 conference is applicable to full-time students from any local and overseas universities.
  4. A full-time student participant must upload a copy of student card or an official letter from the university as proof to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  5. Participants must pay registration fee by bank transfer or by credit card in Thai Baht. All the transaction charges associated with payment are responsibility of the participant.
  6. Please kindly note that all on-site payments to the ACXAS 2019 conference must be made in Thai Baht cash only.

 

* The deadline of early-bird registration is June 30th, 2019.

 

Cancellation Policy

Under any circumstances, participants may calcel the registration by sending written notice to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in order to recieve a partial refund. The refund policy is given as follows:

  1. All cancellations received on or prior to May 15, 2018: 50% refund of registration fee minus  administration charge.
  2. After May 15, 2018 : there will be no refund.

 

*Note: No refunds will be granted for paid registrants who do not attend the ACXAS 2019 conference without any prior notice of cancellation.
