Travel 

SLRI is located inside the campus of Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), approximately 20 km from the city of Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat). Korat is 250 km north-east of Bangkok. Please follow this link:How to reach SLRI.

For participants coming from abroad

We arrange a carpool for picking up all attendants (travelling by plane) from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport as well as Donmuang Airport, Bangkok to SLRI, on June 16th, 2019, at 2pm. Please book the flight according to our pickup schedule and please reserve at least one hour for customs clearance.

Accommodation 

Workshop participants are responsible for their own accommodations. The most convenient hotel is Surasamanakarn Hotel which is within a 5 minute walk from SLRI. Please make your reservation directly with Surasummanakarn hotel andrefer to AWPESM2019 to get special rate 800 THB/night.

There are also other hotels available near the campus of Suranaree University of Technology and in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima. Please note that staying at these hotels, participants will need a car to commute to SLRI.
