On 20th March 2017, Synchrotron Light Research Institute (SLRI) and Malaysia Genome Institute (MGI) have signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) in academic collaboration at MGI, Malaysia.
This collaboration aims to enhance ASEAN science with research development between the institutes and human capacity building through workshops and seminars.
In this event, director of SLRI, Prof. Wng. Cmdr. Dr. Sarawut Sujitjorn had a special presentation on the introduction to Synchrotron and its applications. Furthermore, SLRI’s scientists have lectured on the specific technique of Siam Photon Laboratory to the executive and staff of MGI.
