BL1.1W consists of three experimental stations. The experimental techniques available include x-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and wide angle x-ray scattering (WAXS). The beamtime application can be made for either of the three techniques or more than one techniques in the same project.
Experimental technique | Application |
---|
XAS | Oxidation number, symmetry, local coordination environment |
XRF | Elemental analysis |
WAXS | Periodic structure, structural orientation |
